I'm an Infrastructure Engineer, Web Developer, Music and Audio Enthusiast based in Victoria, Australia. Professionally, I specialise in maintaining and configuring network and server infrastructure, writing up to date documentation, and helping others resolve a wide range of IT issues. In my spare time, I work on web and software development projects, and dabble a little in music production.

What I'm Working On

• Building Nosdesk, a collaborative helpdesk platform with real-time ticket updates, voice transcription, and sub-100ms response times. Built with Vue, Rust, Actix, PostgreSQL, Redis, CRDTs, and SSEs.
• Documenting network architecture with NetBox, and exploring Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
