About

I'm the founder and CEO of Nosdesk, a collaborative helpdesk platform I'm now building full-time from Victoria, Australia. I come from a background in IT infrastructure and software engineering, and spent over a year building Nosdesk on nights and weekends before going all in. Beyond Nosdesk, I build things for the web, dabble in music production, and occasionally write about what I've learned.

• Nosdesk, a collaborative helpdesk platform with real-time ticket updates, voice transcription, and sub-100ms response times. Built with Vue, Rust, Actix, PostgreSQL, Redis, CRDTs, and SSEs.
